emailing video

I took a video on my digital camera and would like to know how to email that
file to someone and when they open it for it to automatically start playing.

Emailing a video is just like emailing any other file ...
attach it to the email and send it (unless the file is too
big). Depending on the file format, opening the file will
make it play in the appropriate player (if they have it on
their computer).
