Hi! - I'm new to this. I'm trying to get information on
how I can send a document to a group of people and not
have the entire list of the group appear on my email. I'm
sure that this uis basic stuff, but as I said - I'm new at
this. Thanks
Z
1. Make an entry in your OE Address Book for the name you want them to see
in the To field and give it your email address.
2. Make a new Group in the OE Address book with a name slightly different
from the above and put all the contacts in there.
3. Open a new message and click View | All headers.
4. Put the name from 1 above in the To field.
5. Put the name of the Group in the BCC field.
Note: Many ISPs limit the number of recipients per message. Mine limits it
to 25. In this case I would need three or four groups, maybe GroupNameA,
GroupNameB, etc.
Also note that some people have Message Rules which will prevent them from
seeing these messages.
