Emailing resized pictures....HELP!!!HELP!!!

Hi!
I have an email with an error message in my Windows Mail Outbox and I can
not delete it and since then I can not send messages. I was suggested to
replace windows mail with an other program. I downloaded Incredimail. My
problem is whenever I want to send pictures or bigger files the program which
resizing the pictures would not open incredimail up. After resizing the files
it automaticaly opens Windows Mail and I can not send pictures or bigger
files.
When I go in Tools at Incredimail and options, it says that Incredimail is
my default client. Where else do I have to make changes to have the resized
pictures sent out from Incredimail?????
Please help me! I can not use my computer like this.

Thank you so much for trying to help me.
I have downloaded the tool that removes stuck messages from the Windows Mail
Outbox.
From there I do not know what to do....I am not the best with computers :)
I pressed the "chage" button. Then I choose Local Folders and Outbox ..It
says no items macthcing my search.
What do I have to do after downloading the tool? Would you be kind enough to
walk me through the process? I would really appreciate it!

Do not press the "Change" button!
Press the "Clear Outbox" button. If it is grayed out or non-responsive,
read the instructions in the large red box on the download page.
