Emailing Reports/Data

Hi all.

Thanks for taking the time to assist if you can.

Have created a database which tracks documents for loans, i.e.; loans
funded, date documents issued, date documents returned, etc.

I have created a query identifying the loans where the documents have not
been returned from various branches (which is the email recipient in Outlook).

Can I email a report (the report could be as RTF or Excel output from the
Database) to each branch (email recipient) listing just those documents (loan
records) that relate just to that recipient/Branch.

If anyone can help me, could they tell me in fairly simple terms as I have a
very limited understanding of Macros, VBA & programming (and I mean very
limited!).
