I hope I'm not out on a limb here, but there is a program called Yeah
Write that has a nice ability to store e-mail addresses, prepare a
good-looking document in a real word processor (the creators used to
work for WordPerfect), and send it out. I use the program all the time.

It's located at www.wordplace.com. There is a free version -- and it's
very nice. You'll have to verify that the free version has the e-mail
capability. I think it does.
 
FletMail might be what you are looking for, I haven't tried it yet but it
looks like it might serve your purpose.
