I am attempting to email a presentation, and I would like the presentation to execute immediatly upon the receiver clicking on the icon. I have seen this done before, but cannot remember how to do it. I would like the presentation to start immediatly, and so the receiver of the message does not have to manually click on view slide show.

Save the presentation as a PowerPoint Show (.pps). You can either change
the filename to end in .pps instead of .ppt, or you can choose Save As
from the File menu and chooose PowerPoint Show as the file type.

Rename the file, giving it a file extension of .PPS. This works only if the
user has PowerPoint or the Viewer installed.

Save your presentation as a Powerpoint Show. Just choose "PowerPoint Show" in the "Save As Type" drop down list in the Save As dialog box.
