Emailing Pictures

Somehow the option that comes up when I try to email digital pictures to
change/reduce the size does not come up anymore.

Anyone have an idea to make this come up again? Thanks.

You can also go your home page and once there go to the bar above
"Tools-Edit-View- Favs-and TOOLS.. Click it (tools) and see "Internet
options" the general tab should appear and see the "Home page" click
the "use current" and then click the "apply" button at the bottom and
you should now go to that non msn homepage when you log on from then
on...
