emailing pictures from a floppy disk to email.

What steps do I take to send pictures from a floppy disk to someone's email
address. When I try, the pictures cannot be pulled up by the the one I try to
email them too! I am using Windows XP
 
Go to Tools, then Options. Now click:

Send Tab, then

Mail Sending Format: HTML Setting, then

.... make sure the "Send with Pictures" box is checked
