Emailing photos from XP

Can anyone tell me why I cant send photos from my pictures via email?

I can select the photos choose for windows to resize them, then nothing, it
just says page cannot be displayed.

I have Hotmail set as my default.
???
 
If you are using the Hotmail website to
manage your messages...you'll probably
have to attach your pictures after first
signing in and opening a New Message.
Just click the button that says "Attach"...
