Recently I had a glitch with my AOL 7.0 software which
originally came pre-installed with my Dell computer which
runs Windows XP home edition. Working with the AOL
service people the problem was overcome by reinstalling
the AOL program, but I have just found out that I have a
problem with sending photos directly from the my photo
directory by highlighting them and selecting "E-mail the
selected items". This used to reduce their size and pop
up an AOL email template to add a message to and then
send. The same actions now result in the following
message coming up:

"Either there is no default mail client or the current
mail client cannot fulfill the messagng request. Please
run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail
client."

I have gone to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and made
sure AOL 7.0 is selected in the E-mail option, but to no
avail. Does anyone have any ideas for what else I might
try. I have never used Outlook as my email program.
Thanks.

When emailing pictures using AOL, it is best to use the AOL software to
attach or insert pictures in an email. AOL doesn't always work well with the
email functions in My Pictures tasks.

To Resize images Download Image Resizer from here, install and you can then
Right Click on an image in any folder and Resize.
