emailing of picture

Hi,
When I right click on a picture and select email picture, it starts Hotmail
and nothing happens. Please help.

Start Hotmail , attach picture then send .

Which e-mail service do you use? Do you use Web-based e-mail or do you
use an actual e-mail client (program)?

I use web based program. However it works fine with Microsoft outlook, but I want it to work with hotmail (web based) program.

Normally, you need to click on the Attach button and navigate to the
file you want to attach. If there is a special way for Hotmail to handle
right-clicking on the desired file first, you should either contact
their support or post a question in a Hotmail forum or newsgroup. Try:

microsoft.public.msn.discussion
