emailing movies

i made a movie and emailed it. the other party recieved the movie and the
audio plays, but the oictures do not show. they are black boxes with a red x.
what causes this ? how do i fix that

Did you e-mail the .mswmm project file or
did you actually save the file as a movie?
File / Save Movie File? Format should be...
..wmv or .avi.
