I would like to know if there is a way to really compress a video file. I
made a 7.5 min. clip of a party. File is about 24MB.
I tried to zip it and it barely makes a dent in the size. Seems I can not
email anything larger than 20MB. Is there a way to cut this file by maybe
25% or so? File was created w/Windows Movie Maker on XP Pro. sp2. w/Vz. as
my ISP.

I posted this on a gen XP Help area and was directed here. They said
something about
changing frame rates. I found nothing in WMP help about this. Any help is
appreciated.

TIA

Instead of trying to compress your movie
and lowering the resolution ...you might
consider uploading it to one of the following
free sites. Your recipient/s will receive a
link that will allow them to download it to
their hard drive.

"SendSpace"

John, Thanks I will try these. I had another suggested, but it's limit was
only 60MB.
I have another file I'd like to share that runs about 63MB. Just a little
too big for that svc.
