Greetings:

I've printed a set of "handouts" for my 30 slide presentation. I've been
asked to send, via email, a copy of the handouts to several people. When I
go to File -> Send to -> Word and choose Handouts, the file size is
massive - 100 MB! Why?

Obviously this can't be emailed. What is the best way to create a file from
my handouts that can be attached to an email?

Thanks,

LW

You could try ungrouping then regrouping each of the slide images in Word.
That should knock the file size down some.

If it were mine, I'd create a PDF and send that. If you don't have Acrobat,
there are several free/low-cost PDF making programs available.

How do I make a PDF?
