Emailing Form or Report

I have a access database that users enter information into a form, using the
wizard they can email the database, but, the whole database gets sent and I
only want to put a command button on the form to e-mail the current form.
It can open outlook and let them select the people to receive the form or
report. I have to keep it simple as I don't know programming. I contacted
my IT guy but he is not able to complete it without external costs. I need
it simple and the directions in great detail.

Penguin is right. Create a macro and use the send Object.
However, I suggest creating a report that get's the
information from the form. forms are for viewing, editing
and adding data. They do not print very well.
