emailing documents

You should send it as an attachment to the email and preferrably, convert it
to a .pdf file and send that.

Thanks for the help, already tried as an attachment. OK, now about the PDF
conversation. Yes, I have Acrobat Reader. How do you convert it?
 
You need the full version of Acrobat or one of the cheaper PDF writing
tools, not the reader to do this.
