emailing distribution list in outlook 2007

I need to email the master distribution list to another user, I can get the
email to them but don't know how to save it into their address book
 
The "master distribution list?" How could we know what you mean by that?
Define what you need to email and whether your question is an Outlook
question or an Exchange question.
 
Sorry for the confusion, this is in Outlook and the master would be a list on
1 PC that needs to be shared with many other users.

Then you should insert the DL as an Outlook Item in a message. Recipients
simply open and save to put it into their default Contacts Folder.
