emailing digital phots

I have a new HP pavillion. My old one crashed and since getting thi
one going I can't email any pictures as did I previously and I hav
been paying 9.95 per month to my Visa. What do I do to get tha
service back
I have struggled for 3 months with no luck

What happens when you try to email pictures? What program are you trying to
use to email pictures? When you try to attach a picture to an email
message, does it show up in the message and get sent?
