EMAILING ATTACHMENTS THRU OUTLOOK EXPRESS

I AM HAVING TROUBLE TROUBLE EMAILING ATTACHMENTS LIKE A
PHOTO IN JPEG..........IT ALWAYS COMES BACK POP SERVER NOT
RESPONDING..........ANY HINTS.........I CAN EMAIL FINE
FROM MY PHOTO PROGRAM ATTACHED PHOTOS.........THANKS
 
Maybe it's related to your stuck CapsLock key? (Posting in all-caps is
considered SHOUTING!)

Disable email scanning of outgoing and incoming mail. It provides no
additional protection (and even Symantec says it's not needed:
