Up until 2/1/04 I have been able to email attachments.
Now I get a message saying: "Outlook Express could not be
started. The application was unable to open the Outlook
Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory
or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for
further assistance." I have plenty of hard drive space
and memory. My ISP told me to go to
support.microsoft.com and download the latest Internet
Explorer version, which I did. But it did not help. Any
suggestions will be welcomed.
