When you email an Access Report to someone that does not have MS Office XP
Professional, does the recipient get the report in its original professional
formated condition and they are able to open it up or is it changed to a
lesser quality type of report? I wish to maintain any office reports I send
out in their original formated condition. If it changes, what is the best
way to send the original report?

Hi Dave I e-mail most of my reports but I send them all in a PDF format,
which is the only way you can guarantee that it will give you a good
reproduction.

Is this done with an Acrobat ActiveX control from within Access?

Best,

Hi,
I have the same problem; the only problem with using PDF or SNAPSHOT is that
my recipient cannot fill in the form and return it to me

I have looked on the internet and have found so many different PDF converting
programs. Which PDF program do you use and recommend.
