Emailing a text file

Does anyone know how I can email a text file using Win XP by NOT using
Outlook or Express? I want it to be scheduled to automatically email itself
at a particular time.

Install Eudora 6.0
 
Sorry for not being more specific....I need to do this using Code - without
humna intervention. I need to write a program to do this......
