emailing a picture

My 'my pictures' folder(s) will no longer attach a photo when the
'email this photo' is clicked and it use to as I have used this
method in the past.

I open 'my pictures' folders and select a photo, click on 'email this
photo' it brings up the 'resize' dialog box but when I click the okay
button it doesn't open my Outlook/a new email and attach the photo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried the suggestions on the
previous post, but they did not work. PLEASE HELP!
