emailing a link through EI 7...no can do

I now can not email a "link" through IE . In the options, it will not allow
me to set the email to OE, just Outlook. Where can I do this change

I tried all, but I can not send yet. Where ever I try to change from
Microsoft Outlook....there is no choice

YW. If you don't use any Outlook functionality (i.e., mail; calendar),
remove it from your install of Office to avoid this problem in future.

IIRC, more virii were written for Outlook than any other facet of MS.

Note... Office 2003 corporate does not allow for removal of Outlook only.

The easiest way to revert to OE when this happens, is simply to
open it.... it will flag you that it is no longer the default e-mail client
and ask if you would like to restore it as such -- gotta' catch it on
the first try though.
 
That's only a temporary fix. Every time you install an OL Junk Mail Filter
update or any other OL update, doing so will hijack the default Mail Client
back to OL. So either remove OL or don't install *any* OL updates.
