Hi

My boss is working on a document using track changes. His problem is that when he emails the document, the recipient has access to view the document before changes were made.

How can we ensure that only the changed document is viewed?

Hi Malcom,

Have you tried accepting all changes and turning off "Track Changes" before
sending it?

Cheers!

I'm having the same issue. We want to be able to see the
changes from one person to another (so people can make
suggestions and changes). Is it possible to lock a
document in "Normal" view, so when people open the
document, "normal" is the view they see?

Hi Anonymous

No, it's not possible to prevent someone from seeing changes that have
been tracked in a document. If you don't want others to see the tracked
changes, accept (or reject) the changes, save the file and then send
them the file.

Hope this helps.
