Several questions:
Can I import e-mail addresses from aol to outlook?
Can I make groups in outlook?
When typing a new e-mail, Can I make outlook display names
in the address book alphabetically by LAST name?

I don't think so.

What do you mean my groups? If you mean Distribution lists, yes, although
the best-practices advice says to use categories instead. If you mean
mailing lists like Yahoo! Groups, then no. That's a mail server function,
not a client function.
