Someone else set up our email on Outlook Express with 2
users and one adress....how can i get both users to
receive all emails instead of one user gets some and the
other gets some?
 
On the menu go to Tools/Accounts... select one of the mail accounts, click
Properties..., then go to the Advanced tab.
Set the Delivery options to leave a copy of messages on server for a few
days (until both of you download them), or for ever (not recommended).

Do this for all the accounts, and all the users you want to get involved.
If the "leave copy of messages" checkbox is not checked, then the message
gets deleted from the server after downloading it with one of the accounts.
