I tried posting this on the outlook ng, couldn't get a fix
for it. Does anyone here know what the problem could be?
The answer that I received from Carley didn't work.

Use outlook at work,windows 2000 pro. Latly when sending
email with attachment (.jpg) to one person, she cannot
open them. I send the same attachement to others and they
work just fine. Tried deleting internet files, removing
emails from folder. Anyone know what to do? Thanks

Try sending it as a plain text only (when the new message
is open, click
Format & select Plain Text) & see if that works. She may
have her email
set to receive plain text only & if you're sending in Rich
Text or HTML,
it will attach the coding and join it to the .jpg you've
attached.

You can also set her up in your Contacts List so that all
msgs you send
to her are in plain text so that you don't have to specify
everytime you
send to her.

If that doesn't work, something is probably buggy on her
end.

It's her problem, not yours. She must configure her computer properly to
open attachments.
