I have figured out how to email an object (report) as an attachment, but I am
wondering if it is possible to send query results in the message body.

We do a daily email to our members and the information sent is queried in
our database and then from the report I have to retype everything. The
"powers that be" do not want an attachment sent, they want the information in
the message body.

I am so glad that Access provides the information for me but it would be
even sweeter if I could have the information sent right to the message body
for final tweaking and sending. Is this possible?

Thank you for your help!

I have to admit that most of that methodology went right over my head -
however I do plan to dissect it. In the meantime I discovered a neat
work-around:
I created a report
Exported to rich text format (to MSWord)
Opened Document
Copied and Pasted to Outlook.

It looks like a lot of steps, and it is, but I can eliminate another source
of redundency in the office and it's actually faster than my going back and
forth retyping information.

Thanks again, I do plan on trying to figure out your method, but in the
meantime I do have a work around.

toodles!
