When I click on a hyperlink in craigslist.com outlook automatically opens a
reply email but I cannot send anything. How do I turn outlook off so my
primary email account opens instead. I do not use outlook. please help.
 
What sort of hyperlink? Are you referring to URL:MailTo?
Take a look in My Computer or Explorer:
Go to the View menu
Options
File types tab
Highlight URL:MailTo Protocol
Click Edit
Highlight open
Click Edit
Make sure the program you want to use is called in the "Application used to
perform action"
box:
