Hi

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject 'Emailing: 001', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Can someone tell me what I need to do to resolve this.

I have had the same experiende for five months until now when a guru in
India suggested that I disconnect my Spy Chaser software. That seems to
have the done the trick and I can now send and receive e-mail from Windows
Mail!
 
Had the same problem for five months and no one seemed able to help until a
guru in India suggested I disconnect my Spy Sweeper software. It worked now
and I can send and receive e-mail from Windows Mail.
 
Indeed! Almost any third party security software can cause interference
with Windows Mail.
