Trying to get mail to send receive into windows mail from the bigpond account
and it will not do it and this is the message that comes up Can anyone help
as I think I had everything else set up okay. The internet connection is okay
and the messages are there on bigpond they just will not come through to
windows mail

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
should be uninstalled.
