You don't in WinMail unless you have one of the old POP3 accounts.
 
you can use a 3rd party program to receive hotmail, but you have to use a standard isp account to send mail.

it is not a good idea to post your email address in a public forum, the email scavenger bots can find it and put you on spam lists.
