I received an email (I know the source). Each time I get to that email, my
computer says there's an error and closes the window. I use earthlink total
access. How do I delete this email?
 
Multiple sends from same source ? Using Outlook Express ? If "yes" to
both, go to Tools > Message Rules... > Blocked senders list...> Add button
in u-r. Follow steps there to never see him/her/it again.

Try an OE group. They can tell you how to repair the Inbox.dbx file.
