I want to send a picture from 'my pictures' via outlook express, but keep
getting msn wanting me to sign in. i have never had anything to do with msn,
where did that come from

I cannot guarantee it, but the following
method may work:

How do I make OE my default mail client?

Go to...Start / Run...and enter the following:

msimn /reg

Click...OK...

Then open Internet Explorer and go to...
Tools / Internet Options / Programs tab...
and set OE as the default mail (and news)
program.
