There's a program that removes the >>> marks from replied email ,I don't
remember if I got it from here but does anyone remember what it was called?

Since you use Outlook Express you can do that in the options.
Tools/Options/Send/Mail Sending Format/Plain Text Settings/Indent the
original text....

Keep in mind the >>>'s (quotes) make it easier to follow the level of
conversation. If your problem is the messy quoting that OE renders then
what you really should use is the wonderful program called OE-Quotefix.

I use eCleaner, too. I like it because it sets a yellow smiley face on the
toolbar.You don't have to go looking for the program.

Any text editor will do it that has search and replace. I use Editpad. Have
it search for >> and replace with nothing. It will look funny, but copy and
paste and it will be better.

Also NoteTab Light. Look under Modify | E-mail . Lets you both remove
and add quotes.
