Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to monitor emails if you are a
network administrator?

I have a feeling that our companies emails are being monitored!!

Yes absolutly - they can monitor, scan, block, etc e-mail coming into and
going out of your company.
This is good security practice.
Why should this be of ay concern of yours - unless you have something to
hide or are using your company e-mail for purposes outside of those defined
by your company.
