Email time wrong

I am running an Exchange 2k server, and my users are using Outlook
2000/2002.

I have 1 user that is running WinXP OL2k2.

Remote user accessing the server using POP/SMTP.

Her messages are delivered to her inbox with the time of the message 4 hours
old.

Server is Eastern and the user is Central.

I had her check the Time Zone setting for her computer, and they are set
properly.

I even had her check Time Zone settings in Outlook Calendar options as well.

Anybody got any other suggestions?

Make sure that the daylight savings is automatically
updated on client computer as well.
