Email templates or stanard replies

I receive email questions from customers, a lot of the emails could
have standard replays. Is there a way i can store standard replays,
then when i click reply i can then just insert the standard.

If anyone could give me some ways of stroring standard replays to
questions

I would never be without shortkeys - a keyboard macro replacement program.
Type a short distinct phrase and it replaces it with the text you have
defined for that phrase. Not related to them, just a satisfied customer :

Version of Outlook?

You can use autotext (or quick parts in 2007) or a 3rd party program - I use
activewords (activewords.com) but there are others available that will
insert text using shortcut keys. There are also template programs -
