Email Template

I have an email that I need to send to many different
people at different times. Rather than attaching a word
document or copying and pasting, I would like to save my
email as a template and then use that template each time
by filling in the email addresses for each one. Is there
a way to do this? I used the help file and it saved it as
a word document that I would then attach.

Set up the message as you want it, then use File | Save As and save it as an
Outlook Template (.OFT) file. You can bring that file up anytime you want,
address it, and click Send and it will send as any other e-mail message
would.
