Email template with signature

When I open my created template the signature is displayed underneath. The
problem is that I use Arial but the last row before the signature become
Calibri instead. This can be solved if you add an extra line break after the
last character. But I don't want to have two line breaks between the text and
the signature.

How can I solve this?

I use Outlook 2007.
