Hi,

I have a pst file stored on my network drive because backup is done on
network drive.
But when I travel I take the laptop with me but unfortynately i can't
load my pst files since they are on the network.

Is there a way to make them available when i am disconnected from the
network?
I was thinking of creating another pst folder on my local drive. but
how can i let the two files synchronise at the same time?

I've struggled with the same issue. I want to sync my outlook pst file
between my desktop and laptop. At first I considered just using one of the
file sync programs like SyncToy or Allway. But they don't work well if
both pst files have changes since the last sync. I started looking at the
some of the Outlook utilities that actually sync the folders and messages
within the pst files. So far the best I've found is EZOutlookSync Pro.
It compares all folders including contacts, calendars, tasks etc and syncs
everything down to the individual message. The problem is that it isn't
free ($59.95).
