An Outlook template was originally set up then used to send a standard
email. The email was sent from a client outlook box, via Exchange Server (SBS
2003) to a number of contacts. Mail Server is SMTP. Within outlook email Icon
remians as "Unread". However, if original email is forwarded to contact email
sends and is recived fine. In this case email Icon shows as "Unread".
I don't understand what the unread icon has to do with it. A custom form doesn't have separate read/unread icons.
Was the form published or simply an .oft file? Were the contacts internal or external recipients?
