Email sending through SMTP server

Hi

i have VB.NET application and i don't know how to send
emails throgh SMTP server by using server authentication.I
visited some websites,but that websites shows add a
reference SMTPsvg.dll to your application then you can
write a code.But in my system i can't see the SMTPsvg.dll
what can i do,if you know that source code and from where
i can download that dll?please help me very urgent.

The one where I wrote that when I had not send the message you would have
done that, I did give a link of you because I had to excuse me sending the
wrong message.

Only the name was a little bit changed, the sender was the same.

And as I said, you are clever enough to know that, or did you want to hear
this one twice
