Email sending in 2010 Beta

I can receive emails fine but when i send them I get a message stating
"System Administrator Not Available"
I can access them and send from other venues such as yahoo but not outlook.
It only started when downloaded 2010 Beta. Is there some setting I am missing?

Have you verified your account settings already?

Also, do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with
Outlook? Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try
again; you'd still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part
of the virus scanner. For more details see;
