Email Send Problem

Hello:

I have a user who is unable to send an email to someone who has "request a
read receipt for all sent messages" turned on. He is using Outlook 2000.
Any ideas?

What is the user seeing? Are they getting an error? Is this an Exchange
environment?

And what the recipient has enabled for their *sent* mail should have no
effect on what they can receive, so I think that particular coincidence is
just a coincidence.
