Email security levels

I'm running Office XP Pro on a stand alone system and
some of my emails are stopped by the security 'feature'
as they are .exe files and are stopped by Outlook.
According to the help notes I can change the security
level but only if I'm running MS Exchange Server.

Any help out there? thanks

A registry entry lets you customize the list of blocked files in Outlook 2002. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm#ol2002 for links to info and tools. That page also lists the options available for earlier versions.
