Is it possible to send a message to a user that would ignore or override any
email rules they have set up?

Some users in my company may have set up email rules to send messages to
trash from specific users, or containing specific keywords. Is there a way
to be sure they get critical messages regardless of their rules?

Thanks in advance,

Scott

No, it is entirely up to them how they manage their emails. If they chose to
ignore certain emails completely, they'll have to consider the consequences
as well.

You could propose a corporate email policy which would prohibit them from
ignoring emails coming from a specific email address or containing certain
keywords in the subject. They can then modify their rules accordingly so
they have no excuse missing those emails.

Are you a spammer? If not, would you like spammers to override your rules?
Would you want to allow ANYONE to override your rules whenever that sender
felt like it?

That's there choice. It's also their choice to endanger their employment by
not reading e-mails that are essential to their job function. Perhaps you
need to bring the issue up with management to have them address their
corporate policies regarding use of e-mail, and that includes the crap
e-mails that invariably get sent inside a company as well as an employee's
responsibility for reading and acting upon e-mails that are related to their
job function.
