email reports question

Hi all

When I go to emaila report as an attachment, I choose the RTF format
as none of our clients can follow snap shot or html format
However as you'll probably know some formatting is lost.

Is there a better way?

If they have Access, they should have a snapshot viewer. If not, you can
send them a pdf. There are several utilities out there that are free that
work great with Access. CutePDF is one. But you must be running your OS from
the C drive (no multiple booting machines):

PDFCreator is another program that will make PDFs:
