Email Report

I need to email access reports to some people every month.
I exported the reports and saved as snapshots. The problem
is some people just want to click the attachment and view
it immediately. However snapshot needs to be saved first
then view it. I tried html file. But if the report is
long, the html file became page 1.html, page 2.html, page
3.html and I don't know why it couldn't be exported as one
html file. I want to know what's the best way to email
report. Thanks in advance.

You could print to an 'Adobe PDF' printer.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat there are freebie
programs that will print a report to a file in PDF format.

No problem!

If you have Adobe Acrobat, it installs a program that acts
like a printer. When you are ready to print your report,
just choose the Adobe PDF printer and then enter a file
name when asked.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, search for 'PDF printer'.
One of the coices is 'PDF995.com'. This is a freeware
program. There are others but this is the one that comes
to mind right now.

how can I email a pdf of a report like I can with snapshot???

I don't want to have to have a bunch of steps either I just want to
email the report and have a pdf created then the pdf is added to a
email message.
